The H. Frank Carey Pep Rally of 2023 set the stage for an unforgettable year of school spirit.
This years pep rally showcased the incredible talent and spirit of our Cheer teams, Marching Band, Color Guard, Pirettes, and sports teams! The cheer team set the excitement off with their routine and displaying “Seahawk Power.”
The introduction of our sports teams was a highlight of the rally. Our MCs introduced the track team, soccer teams, district swim team, district field hockey team, tennis team, volleyball teams, and football team! Each teams shared information about their upcoming matches and their impressive accomplishments! The audience got a chance to meet the athletes who represent our school with pride.
And Lastly, A Trip Down Memory Lane:
While tidying up the Clipper Office, we came across a digital camera containing photos from as early as September of 2013! In a remarkable twist of time, this forgotten camera has bridged the gap between Carey’s past and present, offering a glimpse into our spirited history. Take a look at some pictures we found from Carey’s 2013 Pep Rally and 2014 Homecoming game. This year, we decided to use the same camera to document the Carey Pep rally in 2023!! A decade later, Seahawk pride is still strong!
